One important piece of information that you can give us to help with your enquiry is the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), usually located on the top of the dashboard at the point where it meets the windscreen and also on a plastic sticker on the left hand door. The Vehicle Identification Number provides almost all the information we need to action your enquiry.
